3.1 Place of Meetings: Any regular scheduled or special meeting of the membership shall be held at such place within or out of the State of Missouri as may be designated by the Board of Directors/Officers.

3.2 Meetings: Meetings shall normally be held on the second week of each month and shall be held for the purpose of conducting all
business which may properly come before the meeting. Special meetings may be called at any time by the Board of Directors/Officers provided; however, that the membership shall be notified a least one week in advance of any change in the regular meeting time.

3.3 Meeting Sponsors: Meeting will be sponsored only by current (paid) vendors of the SDA. Vendors are eligible to sign up during the annual SDA Expo held in November of each year. This will be done on a first-come, first-served basis until all 12 months are scheduled.

3.4 Meeting Content: Meetings are expected to be educational and not direct selling sessions of the vendor. Food and Beverages should be provided to assure good attendance. Meetings will be scheduled by an Officer of the SDA.
